When you try to stay off the boards for too long

Would've placed this in Memes & Games, but this would inevitably be derailed into a thread about my mere presence (Meme posts can be derailed?). So let's not kid ourselves, and I'll put some things out there about my extremely long hiatus of less than 2 days;
-
I don't know what's going on, explain? - I was canned as an Arbiter because I talked shit about the boards moderation practices and lack of key associated personnel presence. Was this something a highly visible representative of a Riot volunteer program should've said? Absolutely not. Looking at it from the perspective of Keyru and the others, it probably felt like a personal attack against their position. Whether I hit a bullseye or it was just slander is irrelevant, my separation was not uncalled for.

You didn't reply in your post, anything you want to add? - I said in my removal post [Deleted] that I'd been warned about "passive-aggressive" behavior. I kind of wrote that as an apology to those that I had not treated with due respect, but I didn't really think much about that particular note. The only behavior that had been brought up to me before was a situation where I had been rude to one individual right about the time I became an Arbiter. There are quite a few toxic players that don't like me, and they latched onto that line and tried to play it off as though I was very toxic towards them; no, you're an ant and this isn't about you and your shitposting :3 The only thing that was brought up about the decision to can me was the single reply I had quoted in the post. That thread doesn't exist anymore though, so I can't link it.

Why are you posting again? You said you were leaving. - While the place is certainly full of shitposters, trolls, and non-GD threads that aren't even about LoL, it's a community I'm actually a part of. I decided I'd go check out the Overwatch forums, and they just sucked; there is no notification system, the first thread I posted disappeared instead of going up, there's not even any different sorting and there are almost no separate categories (where's the individuality?). Even with the nearly non existent support for the League boards, it's more than Blizzard has. I come read some League posts and I see people with questions that I know the answer to, but nobody is helping them which is something hard for me to intentionally ignore. Also, I really like the dark colors of the boards, it's easy on my eyes so that's the page I keep up most of the time. TL;DR - I changed my mind. Fight me.
-
What does this mean for the future of DTN? - I was never the best choice to be an Arbiter. I was well aware that I am unable to remain completely professional like the others, who typically respond in a manner befitting of a Support Specialist, and even though I wanted it I told Wuks I was skeptical it was a good fit for me (he vouched for me, thx and sry Wuks). I thought the chain of responsibility could keep me in line, but I'd occasionally slip. However, now that I don't have to worry about being kicked out (lol) I can speak more freely. This probably means if you're a shitposter, you're going to be graced by my sarcastic Nami stickers more frequently.
-
The other Arbiters have no presence, we want you! - I understand that many (not all) people liked me being an Arbiter, but my presence should not be the standard which you require of the others. I post a lot because I have the time and enjoy it, but the others have responsibilities that prevent them from dedicating a lot of theirs to the boards. Even though some of them aren't very active publicly, there are things some of them have spent a lot of time on with the program; they each contribute in their own way, so please do not think poorly of them because they don't post as much as I did. In the end, this isn't a job, it's just a volunteer role.
-
Can you tell us of any plans the Arbiters/Riot had? - I could. There are a few upcoming plans or projects in the works which I was privy to as an Arbiter. But no, just because I can doesn't mean I would. There was no binding contract for us, just trust, and if you think that you should betray someone's trust to get payback over being salty you are scum.
