Ppl qq's about getting vic skin because other champs had more impact overall and saw more play and ppl thought them should get the skin. example is Victor people wanted vic Victor more than mao. And mao is generally an extremenly boring champion more boring than teemo imo but when you want to win you gotta abuse op shit. I played him ONCE this season and the one game i played him i was vs an AP shaco and i has 0 mr runes. somehow i went 3-0 vs him and i didnt even buy mr till 4 items XD i got these 
and i was diving the full hp draven with edge of night under his tower killed him and then walked out with 60% hp.
