In no way does this have anything to do with racism. If anything it's regionalism, because what you're referring to affects locations not ethnicities.
I am going to need a source on NA being the most profitable server for Riot, so that we can ensure that's actually true.
Each server/region is managed by a different localized team. Even not considering this fact, OCE has had to deal with far more connection problems and a much less robust community since its release than NA, so I'm totally fine with them getting stuff that is still available to us for a price.
Were you here when the NA server went live? Because that's when you'd have gotten the free stuff. I believe the specific skin in that case was King Rammus.
