In no way does this have anything to do with racism. If anything it's regionalism, because what you're referring to affects locations not ethnicities.
I am going to need a source on NA being the most profitable server for Riot, so that we can ensure that's actually true.
Each server/region is managed by a different localized team. Even not considering this fact, OCE has had to deal with far more connection problems and a much less robust community since its release than NA, so I'm totally fine with them getting stuff that is still available to us for a price.

Didn't we get IP boosts or something? Either way, I really don't feel like we're entitled to phr33 st00f when Riot encounters obstacles out of their control.
The difference with OCE is that it was a new region and the servers were really struggling, and that's entirely on Riot to improve the experience. DDoS attacks are really tough to deal with for the vast majority of companies, except maybe Google since they basically win every server capacity arms race ever.
