would it be feasible to allow skins especially the "lower" rp cost ones to cost a large lp chunk instead, for those players who support the game when they can buying rp and skins, but when between jobs or low on cash would still be able to get skins for tiered lp pricing. may even have an unlock system by mastery, cannot buy x skin with lp until you master champion to certain mastery level.
