[Camera] Improved Semi-Locked mode please! Let us recenter the camera!

Current Semi-locked: Champion is kept on screen when locked but moving the mouse to the edges moves the camera off center towards that direction. There is no way to reset the camera to place your champion in the center without changing camera mode.

Improved!: Unlocking and relocking your camera (default Y) or centering camera on champion (default Spacebar) places your champion in the center of your screen again.
