Biffolo1 votesWell lets see. Counter strike, Battlefield, Call of duty, Dota 2, and Rainbow 6 siege to name a few. Even though it is in their TOS in some of those games, it's never enforced.
Sarutobi1 votesNow is this actual text chat, or voice chat? I would think voice chat would be impossible since they would need to gather the files which would already be huge especially with games like CS usually being really long at least longer than a LoL match.
It could also be that the people getting ban don't actually come on the forums to complain. I don't even think any of them have a forum with a topic like player moderation but I don't play any of those aside from Dota 2, which does ban people for toxic behavior, just not as bad as riot.
Biffolo1 votesEven text chat. It's partially because people don't report it because they aren't whiny as shit in most of those games, and Dota 2 bans you need to push to an astronomical level. You need to threaten to kill someone in their sleep then get their personal info and send it to them for valve to take action. It's really not one of the top concerns.

For me it's not the case at all, and I try to help as many people even after I am toxic with them, which is 1/3 my friends list now.
Little remarks on temp/perma banned people are just childish, it's like whipping Jesus after he had passed some more.
Truly bad ppl kick ppl when they are down.

The thing is I was not toxic, telling people they are bad because they are bad is toxic, trying to relay a message or play to let the other players know and being ignored or downright BM'd and calling them on it is ok in my book. If im just being an ass yeah I deserve a slap on the wrist.
If you don't like the way I talk then turn your fucking filters on, mute me, or RIOT make a simple mute for these idiots. Don't slap me on the wrist for adult language what are we all 5? You want a team game where everyone plays together and holds hands freely without clashing? Go join a gay parade.... kids.
