To all AD/Ap carries, never buy Mejai's & Occult in game
These two items are the core of people getting raged & afk occasionally a lot of times from dying like once or twice with a loaded stacks. Please, just build the usual

instead of being cocky that you think you can hold that much stacks for the next 20 minutes without dying.

unless i'm losing, but that's because they're really safe. Though, you only have to hold 5 stacks for it to be gold efficient. That is a bit harder now though.
