Petition to change term "Elo Hell" into "Elo Purgatory"

As redniwediS stated a moment ago, you generally aren't in "Elo hell" being held back by everyone else, but are more likely close to where you belong and just think you deserve to be higher.

I'd like that when people are stuck in a certain tier/division, that they say they are in "Elo Purgatory" because they're in the right spot until they improve.
