I'm saving up for a rune page instead of a champion for the first time, and I am now at around 3600 ip. Should I just buy the rune page now or are we getting a deal soon?

I don't think so. They usually announce them a month or so in advance.

I could've sworn they recently made a post on Reddit saying they had "Moved it back" To January.
