What if NEW skins were half off if you already owned a skin for that champion?

If you could buy new skins half off if you already owned a skin it would make you feel much better about buying the new skin. I often feel like "Dang I want that new skin but I already have one for that champ!", so I don't buy it. Besides, some incentive for loyal customers is hardly a bad idea is it? Give us a reason to feel good about buying new skins!
