I'm not sure how to fix the zoom thing, but you can cycle through all the buttons using "Tab", and click them using "Enter", so you can hit accept without being able to see it.
Hey guys, thanks for reporting this. We're looking into it, but we've been able to find a workaround for this issue in the Help & Support Board.
It seems this is affecting players with non-default DPI settings. So if you're using anything above 100%, try resetting it back.
First, open your Control Panel. You can do this from the Start menu. When the panel opens, click on Appearance and Personalization: http://i.imgur.com/yiH8MNF.png
Second, click on Display: http://i.imgur.com/HYwsJCF.png
And finally, select the "Smaller - 100% (default)" option, then click Apply: http://i.imgur.com/ewCCHkf.png
Re-launch your patcher afterwards.
Alternatively, you can use the Windows Key and search "Personalization" (without the quotes) and continue from the the second step onward.
Did you read them first?

I have this bug and i cannot log in. Every time i try it just hangs on "logging in". I've sat through 3 1-hour queues and still can't get on. Thanks Rito.

Lol. I have this issue with the regular launcher and the PBE launcher. Good thing I remember the old dos ways of navigating menus (tab) and can still change to EUW if I'm feeling frisky (hit tab 6 times and then hit spacebar to change region). This is kinda lame though.
Have this problem as well, but I have a 1080p 15'6 monitor and everything is already at 100%. Anything higher/lower would be obnoxious to look at... pls make a fix soon. It isn't a big deal since I for one can still log in, but would be nice if the "play" portion of the log in process wasn't huge :3
