Game Mode Where All Champs Are At Their Strongest Point/ The Way They Are In The Lore

By strongest point in mean in the lore. I don't really think this would work as a game mode because of waaaay to much effort and major balance issues for champions already at max power, but I am really enjoying playing with the idea, here are some examples:

Annie could be an adult, she would be so powerful. Riven would have her full blade (She could have her ult as a normal ability!) Champions like Xerath, Noctune, and Brand would regain/gain their true forms. Jax would have a real weapon and be completely over powered. Malphite and Cho would be half the size of the map. Kha'Zix would never stop evolving and leveling. Karthus would be unkillable. Kalista amd Tahm Kench could kill their own teammates. Teemo would regain he true form as our lord and savior Satan. And playing Draven would automatically cause the other team to surrender.

And probably some other champions and things I have not thought of.
