Currently there is no real way to know how big of a bonus it is giving you unless you keep track of what champions you have killed in your head. It would be cool if there was a little marker down by your buffs that, when moused over, displayed what champions you have "hunted".

13743410 votesThat doesn't tell you that much. Your damage increases 1% for each unique enemy killed (so max 5%), not every time you kill an enemy. You can be 11/0/14 but if you were only killing the same two enemies over and over while your teammates killed everyone else your damage has only been increased by 2%.
