Graves can't have a cigar. ;_;

So I saw the art for Graves back when I joined League. I always thought his grin looked like he could just have a cigar, but passed it off as mere coincidence. The Bilgewater event art shows Graves pointing his gun at Twisted Fate, with a peculiar kind of grin... the kind that'd make sense if there was a cigar between his teeth.

"That can't be coincidence!" I yelled, before my neighbours banged the wall and told me to shut up because it was 7 AM in the morning. Anyway, I looked it up and I see that he used to have a cigar but it was removed because in some countries that's a big no-no. (In my country it's a big no-no to shoot people with guns, but that's beside the point.)

I'm kind of curious why the Bilgewater event art looks so perfectly suited to fit a cigar when it's been established (apparently) ages ago that Graves can't have a cigar?
