So what does Veigar look like under the hat?

I've seen some Veigar fanart that shows him without hat. Usually he's either a black kitten or a white-haired pretty-boy that gives Ezreal a run for his money. (Momentary realisation: most LoL men are either rugged manly or 'hauntingly beautiful' with hair longer than my loss streak.)

However, other male Yordles show an impressive amount of furry aspects. Consider Rumble. Consider KENNEN, who doesn't even have regular limbs and only three toes. Some yordles have four fingers. Some have five. Corki looks very human from what we can tell, and in one of Heimerdinger's skin arts he looks like Corki underneath all his hair.

But what does Veigar look like? Exactly how furry is he? Since yordle males are furry to attract females, is Veigar actually devoid of fur since he's not interested in picking up chicks, only kills? Inquiring minds wish to know!
