So I was thinking about the last whisper items and the void staff
I was wondering why not include a cheaper lesser % pen item that builds into void staff so that you can respond quicker to itemization and more effectively like how 
is only 1300g but instead we make the magic counterpart have like 10-15% magic pen.
For me personally it's always felt awkward building a

because neither of those items have a trait that you want to build for void staff. Sort of like how you can build

. Wouldn't it be better to have a more seemly transition into magic pen?
