$20 Says no chance in hell Riot will do anything about this

I lost the last ranked game I played due to the disconnect issue. We had our top lane and the enemy support unable to connect at the start of the game. The game went on as a 4v4 for 40+ minutes and we lost (the enemy team was all ad, so a 4v4 meant they were split pushing much more effectively than a 5v5 would be). Sure enough, after 40 minutes of a server failure, I STILL lost LP.

HOW COULD RIOT NOT KNOW OF A SERVER ISSUE AFTER 40 MINUTES?

More importantly, since they now know there was a server issue, why won't they refund the LP lost due to said issue? I don't know about everyone else, but I'm not in the habit of bearing the cost of someone else's failure.

Please Rito, fix your shit. And then fix mine as well.

Dude... it is an online game. It is going to happen, you will have to get used to it. I sure have... If you play enough that 20 lp won't mean anything. It is sad but the administration of giving everyone LP after a server went down is impossible... not hard to do... impossible.

So when you see the servers are having higher ping for you then you dont play ranked because you have a chance of this happening. If you are that upset over one game with DC's then you need to give up on ranked.
