[GAMEPLAY] Katarina - Unable to use Bouncing Blades, Death Lotus, or Recall after a kill on Orianna

I played a ranked yesterday (2/28/15) as kat vs ori. My Malph jungle ulted ori on a gank and I jumped in to get the kill. Once she was dead I went to push the lane. When I pressed q, nothing happened. I tried again, nothing. I repeated approximately 5 more times and no bouncing blade ever came forth. My shunpo and sinister were working fine, so I slowly pushed. After, I walked to my turret, pressed b and nothing happened. Tried repeatedly and still nothing. Then I used to mouse to physically press Recall on the action bar, and that didn't work either. So with no way to recall or q, I exited the game and reconnected. That didn't work, so I exited the client and restarted to no avail either. I did a complete computer restart, but of course that did not solve anything. When I got back in game I tried ulting and that didn't go off either, so I essentially lost half of my abilities due to the bug. This is almost certainly an in game glitch on your end, and I have not tried to replicate it. I will say that I started a custom game immediately after and all of my abilities were working again, so something in that specific game must have bugged out.

The steps that led to this glitch:

1. Malphite ults Ori.
2. I (Kat) q, e, w and pause waiting for Ori ult.
3. Ori ults and pulls me into turret range.
4. I ult to finish the kill then shunpo out of turret range.
5. Press q on a minion to no effect, rinse and repeat this step.
6. After pushing, I attempt to recall, nothing works including using the mouse to press the recall icon. Note that my keyboard and mouse were functioning properly this entire time.

We also lost the game, and to add insult to injury your leaver buster system sent me a warning and I had to type "I agree". How about I ask you to fix your game, and to promise to do so I need a Red to reply to this thread by typing "I agree to fix this game that you enjoy playing and we make a fortune off of, and we will no longer shaft you in ranked due to issues on our end. We are sorry that our champion reworks are programmed by 5 year olds that manage to delete lines of code that ruin everything for weeks at a time. We also promise to delete Teemo from the game."

Sorry about the rant, but you can imagine my frustration to lose a game we were winning due to this crap.
