Been wanting to know this so that I know that I won't be banned for reasons that I can avoid. Obviously scripts aren't allowed, but I'm talking about programs that give information on enemies/allies and chat servers.
There's no list, you have to use your head and not use anything that includes features that give you an advantage. Something like Lolwiz that just checks their public information to show you their rank/winrate etc. is ok, but something that provides you information about the match like where they are or what their CD's are at definitely isn't.
