Specific champion spectating

Basically, I'm suggesting a way to search for a specific champion and find a ranked game that I could spectate with that champion in it.

Example: I just got Cassiopeia and would like to see how good players play her, however, the chances are slim that she's going to come up in one of the 5 featured matches in the client any time soon. So I'd like to select her in some sort of list and the client brings up several games with her in it that I can choose from.

Side note: Can we also get the general ranking in the featured matches? Like if most players in the game are Diamond, just have the Diamond border around the match screen?
