How rare is the skin "Angler Jax"?

Asking because I got him from Hextech Crafting and I'm not sure if I should redeem that skin or not.

Mostly skins from 2009-2010 are considered rare.

Sadly there’s no new particle effects or any new animations for the Angler Jax skin. also its a fisherman so kinda weak, but its legacy and if u like yellow and jax then get it.
