Does Riot crack down harder on people who say "I don't care if I get banned"?
And if it's followed with the ever-popular "because this is my smurf account," does Riot do anything to the main account (assuming they're not lying through their teeth)?

Depends, I guess. I've seen at least 4 people get a temporary ban escalated to a perma by Lyte because they mouthed off on the forum and requested he look at their chat they were banned for.
I hope so :P
