Somehow managed to lock in as a random champ in ranked

Clicked on Cassiopeia and this popped up. My overwhelming curiosity as to what would happen next made me click yes, and I was instantly locked in as Viktor. If you need proof that this is a ranked champ select and not normal draft, gimme a minute to finish this game and I'll screenshot the lobby. Anyone else seen this happen before?
