Why Soraka players?

Why do people that play Soraka build health on her,I wish Riot would put in her tips that building health is a bad idea because their treasured balance team decided to give her one of the most detrimental mechanics that exists.

except she doesn't scale with hp at all and Ap, mana, and Cdr are better in so many ways.

The thing is is that by building Warmog's on Soraka (and possibly Spirit Visage) you gain a lot of natural regen, so if you don't take any damage, the regen boost from item 3083 is incredible, and it gets multiplied by item 3065 , so you are right in the fact that building HP on her makes her heal "cost" more, but at the same time, the regen provided by these items is incredible for sustaining yourself.
