Maybe games being too fast is an actual issue. However, your presentation sucks.
Why do you think the games are faster? What do YOU think should be done about it? "Make it less snowbally" is not a real solution. It is just a point that is slamming into the broad side of the barn.
Bring up a point that actually targets an in-game mechanic that could be the culprit in your theory. A good place to start would be talking about minion pushing. Minion pushing forces the losing team to focus on all 3 lanes more so than the winning team. This frees up the winning team to take any objective they see fit. In lower elo, people never manage the side lanes. It is always ether randomly farming the jungle or all mid. This causes the minion waves to always push in favor of the winning team on the sides.
If the losing team loses the next fight, they can lose multiple inhibs 20 minutes in assuming the winning team got a lead at 10 minutes. If the losing team wins that fight, they have to either sacrifice losing 2 turrets for a baron or dragon, or they sacrifice baron or dragon to defend the base while praying they can win the next 50/50 fight.
I hate minion pushing. Even in winning it feels stupid.
