Dota has 11.x million players. Regardless, LoL is the more popular game and makes more money. I don't think that really means it's the better game, it just has the bigger reach. It is the justin beiber of mobas

But League has better gameplay in my opinion. It just seems a lot smoother and all. And I haven't actually taken that much time to learn Dota, so it could just be for that reason, but Dota seems a lot more complicated and hard to play. This could just be because I've been playing League for a lot longer and have actually taken the time to get to know everything, but idk, League wins imo

Dota is more complicated, but not so much so you can't learn it. Learning LoL is pretty easy, but mastering it has essentially the same challenges. The best part about dota is that the meta shifts continuously. Lanes change, heroes that get picked are new, strategies shift...its not just your standard ADC x nerf, now ADC y is the hotness.
I enjoy both for what they are. Tho i find myself playing more HoTS in place of LoL while keeping my dota intake pretty consistent.

Lozier1 votestbh.. people have different opinions on things, both are games that people enjoy so why does it even matter which one is better? do you want people to stop playing dota or something? do u have sum kind of revenge thing going on here? i don't really understand what the fuss is all about. people should just stop talking shit about both games and just play the damn game.
