Which Ban Options Actually Ban?

Which ban options actually ban? I reported some guy for being really salty and trolling us as Bard so I reported him. I know this may not be important, but banning for me is important. To stop the trolls and toxics. And the next game I meet him as an opponent. So can anyone help?

All reporting options can lead to a ban. Just report them for what they are doing, instead of something else simply because it it has a harsher ban path.
