When was it down for so long? I been around awhile and may have short term memory but they usually get up and going with in a hour or 2 at the most. But to say is impossible not knowing the issue.
Somewhere in season 5 this happened and there was a mega thread like this one with updates just like this one and it sort of led you to believe that it might come back any minute...just like this one. They were giving ETAs though, not this time. Their ETAs came and went, in the end they finally admitted it was going to take hours to fix.
