because they can , they have that right, and as long as they arent trolling ,intentionally feeding or being toxic not a damn thing any one can do about it. it isnt against the rules or a reportable offense to play off meta. sooo if someone wants to teemo jungle they can. and actually it can work you can easily ambush the enemy jungler at their camps by simply getting to a camp before they do shrooom the fuker up and stand still and let them take damage from shrooms and monster then be the lil rat bastard that teemo is and kill them . teemo has the one of the top 5 win rates in top lane right now. meaning he is a viable champ by people who can play him. STOP BEING A SLAVE TO THE META
Well, iv'e seen some really good Teemo jungles, the ones who are really good are the ones who set up ganks by using their stalking skills, they will go behind the laner, put a couple shrooms in the path that they would use to escape the gank, and then they run right into it and die.
SOME teemo junglers are quite frightening xD, they get that omega squad skin and totally get into the whole stalk their prey and preemptively strike thing.
