just a general question. i want to know what people think.
why does in every teemo game. people would rather step on the shrooms and lose 40 pct of their hp
its just weird to me.
ive seen it all the time. in ARAMS, people would rather step on shrooms for the whole 30 minutes of their game play than to buy oracles.
just boggles my mind.
I don't usually buy Oracles, but I almost always pick up one of the vision items. I typically wind up rolling bruiser/tanks or adcs, so Sweeper 
and Lightbringer 
are decent items for me, and being able to just shut down 90% of Teemo players is fantastic.
Of course, then my team ignores that they can kill the shrooms and walk over them anyway, usually while I'm standing right there trying to destroy them, so I get hit.
It's very sad. 
I think it's because aram player, if they play solo, most likely want to make big play instead of beeing helpfull to the team.
When there is a teemo/shaco/kahzix/... I always try to buy a vision item to make them useless (even if the remove of ap from Hextech Sweeper hurt a lot if I play a mage) So, when we have 2 adc, I always ask, if I'm a mage, that one of them buy a Lightbringer. Most of the time they don't so I rush Hextech Sweeper.
It's the same when the other team is full mage and you have a fighter/tank on your team. Even if all you need to win the game is him going tanky with aegis and stuff like that, there is a huge possibility he will go full ad to get some kills
Sometimes you can't force poeple to play the smart game, and in aram this fact is more true than in every other mode cause "it's just aram..."
i know what u guys are saying and that they rather have full AD items. which is fine. they want to get kills.
but why not use that extra 250 gold to get an oracles which doesnt even take a spot in ur inventory. and maybe u can kill the teemo shrooms instead of stepping on 3 in a row and having to hide behind tower.
250g every time you die or a crappy item? id rather just walk behind my minion wave.
it's like not getting a morellonomicon against a team with healers. I play a lot of healers (Soraka, Sona, Nami, Taric ect) and it always boggles my mind when people don't buy a morello, yet say "healers op in aram" in post game chat.
