I was wondering if there was a way of getting Riot Graves or Riot Blitzcrank without selling your soul on ebay?

Events usually. Or whenever Riot releases them from the vault (which I'm not entirely sure they do). Mystery skins as well

You can get them from mystery gift, but aside from that you'd have to wait till PAX, or one of the tournaments when they come back to the store!
