What do you think of this conversation from a 'hardcore' player.

I was gragas mid against a zed, I fucked up by being inexperienced against zed players and I ended up feeding him like 3 or 4 kills. It was like 1/9 and this udyr on my team was still trying hard and from the help of the teammates we ended up winning. I made a lot of mistakes, I was a little helpful but not as much as I should have been. After the game in the lobby he wrote "heavy ass gragas" but I still sent him anyway:

He's a tool. Not sure what else could be said about him.

Some of what he's saying is true. He's definitely not a fan of Gragas, but many hardcore players are down on any champ that's not "meta' unless they main them.

I don't entirely agree with the using streams, as many don't explain things very well. The best way to learn things is to do them yourself, but watching an occasional stream of a high ELO player running a champ you are interested in won't hurt.

And he is right that just because something is "meta" or the pros play it doesn't mean you jump after it. I have to say that comment impresses me. He notes that you need to know WHY before you follow the herd. Useful information for any player.

And sadly, a piece of advice that is rarely listened to.

He was very nice to you. Other players woulda been justified in being harsher for you continuing to make the same mistakes. I won 10 ranked games in a row...didnt skip divisions...finally lost one...and the one I lost, I was supp...i could do nothing...i couldnt carry a heavy ass TEAM as a supp...nobody would listen to my calls...nobody would back off from making the same mistakes..I called them out on it...told them to stop playing ranked until they got better...they reported me and I received a 15 game ranked suspension as well as a 38 game chat restriction. Riot is the real bully. They can push anyone around...and do anything they want. Punish as harsh as they want to or not at all. SMH.
