I'm kind of wonder because to me her animations (Other than aether wing, its very cool) are very inflexible and stiff, as well as her texture, I feel like her armor could be a bit more gold (it looks bronze-ish to me) and the red parts are a bit too dark, the flames from the animations are also kinda outdated, but all this is just my personal opinion.
I'd say she's not low, but not an immediate concern for a VU. Technically, she was the first to receive a VU, while other champs still haven't had one at all. Teemo, Taric, Evelynn, Warwick, Nunu, Ryze, Poppy, Urgot, Veigar, Jax, Cho'gath, Gragas, Kassadin, Mordekaiser, Pantheon, Udyr, etc., etc., all need visual updates much more direly than Kayle, especially the Pizza Feet Brigade of Mordekaiser and Taric. She'll eventually get a newer VU, but there are many before her who need it more.
