Elise and the rest of the Shadow Isles

Even though Elise obviously has an attachment to the Shadow Isles is doesn't seem like she's aligned to the same alignment that the spectral champions such as Hecarim or Thresh have. Is this true or am I missing something?

Elise aligns herself with Vilemaw, who she provides with human sacrifices in exchange for his power and his life-sustaining venom. I don't think she has any plans to attack the mainland of Valoran like Mordekeiser or Hecarim.
