Why in the hell does Project Fiona get to have her old-style three-part cape that they took away from her old skins when they put them in a blender and shredded them into awful crap? It was THE most iconic part of her outfit and they took it away, but OH LOOK, the fancy new skin has it back? Why? Why make these awful visual design choices and then reverse them but only if you pay up?

I was pretty pissed about the Fiora remodel in general and how garbage she looks now when she DIDN'T need new visuals AT ALL. This just proves to me that riot knows damned well that her old look was better and they trashed all the skins for a champ I liked just because they were too stubborn to listen to the fans who complained.

Actually Deitrix the reason for PROJECT Fiora's cape is because of the timing in our development pipeline. We developed the project Fiora skin before the rework. On skins team we usually like to retain at least two of the three main reads for a character, and at the time the tasseled cape was a large read for Fiora. When we saw the redesign for the rework we decided to keep the old cape because the project skin was already pretty far in development, and we felt the difference in capes was minor enough that she would still be recognizable.
