Anyone else losing non stop over and over and over and over and over again even though you yourself do fine but then your shit load of a team drags you down?

5 months in a row now iv'e been having nothing but losses, 17 losses per maybe 3 or 4 wins if I'm lucky, and i always go positive and never lose my lane, and also push my lane and try to help other lanes but i magically get the shit team every single god damn game.

You should work more on your cs. It won't help you get a decent team, but it will make you stronger...and maybe able to take out their fed player. CS>kills.
