How do you not get camped every single game?

Doesn't matter who I play, what I do, how I push, I will always be camped and they will try to kill me in every way possible. I have people diving me in tower when I'm at full health and they use everything to kill me. Why? Why am I such a big target, what have I done? I always stay at or near tower, I always have at least two wards down, I'm not playing aggressively, so what can I do? Sit behind tower and miss every farm because Ik the jungler is there to go all in on me? And don't even try the "Well, the advantage to that is your team can play aggressively and take objectives while you're camped" because that doesn't work. My team won't help me and neither will my jungler. And more than likely they are losing lane anyways even thought the jungler is camping me not them. I just don't know what to do, this is every game, and thats not an exaggeration. And those rare games where I don't get camped, I go like 20/4. So what can I do to not get camped every game? Do I seriously have to play passive for the rest of my life in order to have the smallest hope of not getting camped?
