Now hear me out on this, since Liandry's buff where it now gives more AP highly benefits Kat, and make the item somewhat worthwhile. At the same time, it gives +15 Magic Penetration and some HP as well as the burn passive. While the burn passive isn't super helpful, it increases her passive duration from 3 seconds to 6 seconds. This may not be too bad of an item for her right now due to bruisers and tanks.
Yaksha2 votesLuden's D-cap Void Hourglass Abyssal Rylai's
I can't see a good reason to replace any of those potential items with Liandry's
The Taco Kat3 votesI rarely would ever touch Rylai's on Kat. It's better to have penetration boots (imo at least). Even then, if you have MS Quints, you could take Liandry's instead of Rylai's.

I'm not saying it's going to make her kill tanks as fast as Vayne. I'm saying it adds a tiny bit of extra damage that increases her passive duration. The passive time increase is my main focus.
50000000000000001 votesIf you're ahead 3 second thing shouldn't be a problem because you should be getting resets from killing squishies. If you're behind... maybe it's helpful?
Dakuraigun1 votesI don't use either Liandry's or Rylai's on Kat. For her, it's all about damage.
Usually consisting on Luden's, Sorc Boots, Death Cap, Gunblade (Because W and Ult), Hourglass (Or Abyssal situationally) and Void Staff.
Liandry's and Rylai's works on mages, but not so much assassins. For assassins, it's about adding up the burst damage, not so much a measly gimmick such as those two. Assassins scoff at them. But that combo is most mages' best friend because of the DPS.
The Taco Kat1 votesI'm saying if you play Kat more as a mage, or you are behind, Liandry's isn't a bad thing to pick up. It works VERY well when you have Zhonya's with it.
