Don't Quit

Hello. Just thought I'd share something. Recently I have been thinking about what League has become, and although it doesn't make me too happy, I don't like the turn this game has become. Honestly, the thing that I really dislike isn't so much the 'Op champs' or how 'They're trying to make the game more new player friendly' or even 'DynamicQ' but more the stomps. In almost all my games there have been either me stomping the enem or the enemy stomping me, and neither case really makes me feel fulfilled.

Today though, just now actually, I played a Nautilus game where both teams were so even it was a real challenge. Honestly, these are the kinds of games we need. We need games so even that if you win you think about how well your team coordinated and if you lose you think about what you could have done just a little better to have won the game.

Listen, I know you guys are having a rough time, but don't quit. 2 seasons ago I ended Bronze III. Now, I'm one game away from Gold II. You think I ever thought I'd make it hear? So listen to me, all you need to do is keep trying. Keep climbing, and even if you lose, play until you win. You may get 'shit teams' or AFKs, but that doesn't matter. Even if you lose, you still gain the experience and player knowledge for the next season.

Anyways, just thought I'd share. Best of luck!

The game is snowbally, and not fun. There a massive chance you'll be queued into a group of three or more. This makes taking advantage, and having comebacks even harder for the solo queue player. There has been a severe lack of respect for those who play alone, and the game in its current state is a joke. While the game will probably always be popular- the overall hyper-competitiveness, and homogenizing of team comps will make this game dull were the only difference between a bronze 2 and a gold 2 is frequency of games.

What I really dislike (besides the fact that Riot won't actually balance the champions) is the fact that you will hardly ever get those kind of games where it is a real challenge for both sides. The MMR system is a joke and you'll mostly be stuck with people who are lower rank then you or the enemy team will have people who are higher rank then you, or both at the same time (or at least that's how it's been for me.) So that makes digging yourself out of your ELO hell almost impossible. A couple seasons ago I was shooting up the ladder, I started S5 and won so many games in a row that I shot up to S3, but then some stuff came up and I quit playing for months. I came back to the game to find myself in B3 and my MMR must have shot down with it because I couldn't climb out. How does that make sense? I easily beat players in S5-S3 but once my rank degraded I got stuck in this "ELO Hell" Fast forward to this year and I'm not S4, I have no problem winning my lanes, I always roam and gank other lanes, get drags, barons what not. But my skill and knowledge of the game means nothing because I am only as strong as my weakest player, which majority of the time plays like a newborn smashing the keyboard, and so I'll be stuck here in S4 until Riot can actually fix the MMR system or fix all of the broken champs that are getting picked 100% of the time because they are obviously broken and Riot can't use logic to determine that they need fixed.
