That is a really shortsighted view on the problem. Shit happens, some people live with room mates / wifes / kids whatever and those people could download, the ISP could be having problems, Corcerning the "Or declined the whole match" What's that even suposed to mean? Really just seems like someone's being PJSalt. Do you need a tonka truck to undust yourself?
