Start of Game Tips

A lot of people are concerned about false reporting. This is a problem as it lowers faith in the report system, and as such lowers faith in Riot's ability to dole out punishments.

A simple solution would be to remind people in the start of game tips of the Summoner's Code, of the worthlessness of unsolicited reports and of the stupidity of reporting someone who is playing badly for "trolling", "Verbal Abuse" or "Negative Attitude". I would also suggest adding a tip stating "Typing "Report x for y reason" " is not acceptable.

I would like to see this change occur or a reason for this change not to occur. Even if it doesn't stop people from doing these things I believe that it will make players more confident that unnecessary punishments are not given.

I shall add a poll as this appears to generate interest in new discussions. Please vote. I would like to see whether the community agrees with me... Damn. The poll options do not have a large enough character limit. I dislike the new wording I have to use.
