My idea for summoner ICons

This is just an idea but wouldn't you guys want to be able to have a picture instead of an icon? and be able to either choose whether you want you summoner profile to show icons or not, whenever you choose? As long as it's within the pg rated range and players are limited on what type of content they can have up as a picture. instead of their icon. I think this would be a great feature but I would say make it free to upload the picture the first time but then charge 500rp to change the picture anytime after that. It would be nice to see. I don't know whether or not they would charge ip or rp to change your summoner picture but I still think it would be something to see. I'm sure someones going to comment riot doesn't want it to be pay to play and I understand that. Also I don't think it would take away from their profit but as I said would be nice to have as a feature.
