Anyone feel as if twitch is unplayable?

After the most recent update twitch is now not only more difficult to even use in a lane but he is not able to even push he can but not as good as he use to. I was playing twitch for a while, he was my main but recently he's not working. No matter what champion he faces they best him, I can't imagine why he wouldn't be playable but for some unknown reason it seems he got nerfed. Assuming he did, I stopped playing Twitch and switched to kennen. I hope that In the future they can buff him back up to his full strength. For now Though may twitch rest in peace.
