Why you guys gotta do this?
Every time riot makes a new jungle item losers abuse it first it was cinder hulk now its runeglave why people gotta ruin all the good jungle items -_-

Because it's a competitive game and as such abusing fringe cases to win is a design flaw, not a player one. I actually don't know what people are doing to abuse runglaive, but it's Riot's job to ensure those abuse cases don't exist, not the players job to not use them because the players are encouraged to use all the tools at their disposal to win.
Yeah dude... but it is like that in any game... it is really sad, we can't have nice things. Elitists abuse it and then it gets nerfed into the ground.
