Why is it so easy to go from bronze to silver but so hard to get out of silver 5?

Some tiers are just bs to get out of, i'm stuck in silver 2 out of pure match making, my team will always be 5 solo queue and we will have to go against a 4 man premade on voice chat with diamond or plat borders all in the same club that turret dive gank at level 3 like it's the SILVER LCS.

No matter how good i do or help my team, we always end up losing because the other team is more coordinated with voice chat :/ just goes to show you need a whole team to win, 1 individual can't make a difference unless your Yi or some crap and can penta Q 5 times in a row consecutively every fight.

Maybe your current skill level is silver 5?
