WukongMain3 votesAtleast Annie's flash tibbers combo uses a fairly long summoner spell cooldown. So, i think that's why Riot isn't inclined to do much about it.

Rengar does significantly less after an invade/counter gank that results in his death. He needs that extra "oo ur dead" as soon as he reveals himself.
Using a summoner and a combination of Annie's passive and ultimate IS healthy. Sure, it's easy to die to and hard to counter, but it's still healthy. If it needed a nerf, it would be nerfed.
