I was Silver 1, or fell and ended Silver 2, last season. I placed Bronze 1 this season and quickly decided I didn't want to be there. I am currently Silver 4 and climbing, or trying at least.
My goal is to get to Gold or higher, same as you.
I won 8/10 games in placements and got silver 3. Was silver 4 last season. Now I'm back down to 4. Yay?
Maybe i should pick up Irelia and grind through. Sometimes I just want to play a champ I enjoy in ranked and it often loses me LP.

I'm also hoping to get Gold 5 and just stop playing ranked this season. I went 5-5 in placements and went to Silver 5, lost 1 series and then the next series skipped Silver 4 and went to Silver 3. I think i can make it soon if i play ranked :P
