Having a mute button in game does not mean you can trash-talk as much as you like

This goes to all banned/suspended toxic people who thinks the mute button is their "free toxicity" back-up whenever they want to talk shit for no reason. If you think mute button is something that can allow you to talk crap in-game, then the WHOLE Lol player base around the world would be filled with nothing but r%%%%%s full of negative thinking in their head(and tons of players "on-tilt").

Mute button works as a gaming atmosphere "calmer" when a certain someone wants to have a good pleasant game with no negativity in the air, whilst also expecting excellent teamwork. There are also people who don't always mute toxic people for a good reason, which is hoping that the toxic dude would at some point ping out the danger/ward or anything related to relay to the team. Having the dude muted would negate the one important call & become unnecessarily decimated themselves.

As you can see, imo this is why even muted toxic people will still be banned/suspended even if they're trash-talking to themselves in-game. If they are not at any least helpful in communicating with the team well, then they are better off uninstalling League as there is no place for filthy scums like them.

Having a mute button means that you can block out all the "toxicity" that your lil eyes can't handle. Meaning I have no sympathy for people crying about being "verbally abused" when they can simply mute the person. I can't even tell you the last time I've had someone be "toxic" towards me. It's probably because I don't suck ass and troll in games.

You say you're against the mute button because it takes away communication, yet you support a chat banning system which does just that. Hmmmm #businessmajorlogic

Where did he say he was against muting? All he said is that some people have a reason for not using it. As far as chat restrictions go, you really don't need to say much in game. It's there to force players to think before they say anything and if they waste it continuing to abuse players, that's on them.

And by the way: If I've muted someone, it's damage done. I've decided they no longer have anything useful to contribute to the game and the muting is a reminder to myself that I'll be reporting them after the game.

The mute button & language filter is there for sensitive cry babies who can't take jokes or constructive criticism.. Unfortunately Riot likes to report people's laziness with stupidity by giving people who are to lazy to use the options given to them to report. Just because Riot says you can't be toxic doesn't make them Riot. There are thousands of other games out there that doesn't have any where near the censorship or punishments Riot has and yest League of Legends is one of the most toxic communities.

Riot may protect your virgin Eyes in game from reading adult material but in the real world if someone calls you an asshole you need to learn to either ignore or stick up for yourself, there is no mute option in real life and the cops would laugh at you if you tried to report someone for calling you it. Maybe you should go play hello kitty adventure island, seems to be more toward your maturity level.

Well don't want to hear us call you out for playing bad then don't play or mute us the mute option shouldn't even be in the game if there is also a report option people are too stupid to actually use the mute button but not too stupid to use the report button. You are reporting them for something you 120% chose to see.
