Ekko is the New Champion! But who is the other guy?!
Many people online are arguing that it's Augmented Singed.
Others say that it is a Urgot re-work.

Just some guy from Zaun. I really wouldn't read too much into that character honestly. Not every character in every video needs to carry some importance to the story. Odds are he stumbled upon Ekko's place and decided to try to take him or something.

a random mook, Riot wouldn't release a champion teaser that showed one beating up another like this, it would be like showing off a new Halo Main character by having him beat up master chief,
its a noxian blitcrank.

Urgot V2 because some of the descriptions match the origins of Urgot. A) Urgot was originally a Noxian soldier who became executioner after being maimed. Which most people speculate it was his right arm. Because it's been replaced with a gun. Then died via slice that severed him into half by Garen. Reconstituted by Zaun. But yeah. Maybe they kept some of the stuff in and left some of the stuff out. At least one of this mook's legs is mechanical. B) The mask? The general appearance? It would seem more like Urgot the soldier of who he used to be rather than a fat, ugly robot crab of death and pain. Much like the Sion rework which made what was a derpy mess of an undead into the juggernaut he is now.
Also, did anyone notice that on the left side of the mural, there was a portrait of someone who had an uncanny resemblance to Jinx...? Maybe it is Jinx. I don't know.
Also I could totally be wrong and this isn't a new champion or rework version of Urgot.
Plottwist: The other guy IS Ekko, the boy is merely bait.
It's definitely not singed. The character in the video isn't just running around doing nothing but farting poison.

If you really don't think that is singed there is something wrong with you. I am 100% positive singed will be in ekko's lore they are probably worst enemies

I would've argued it was Singed. I mean, I guess that's wrong... but it certainly looked like Singed to me.
