Pbe is not working for me

So I just got invited to the pbe. "Cool, I'm gunna try ekko!" So i download the client, and then i go blank. What do i do? It asks me to extract the file, and wtf. Like, can someone just give me the steps to what to do? All im asking for.

drag the pbe file from the archive to your desktop, open the file, click the admin launcher, it will load.
